I had some mad chops from crappy paintballs yesterday, and I'm cleaning my gun now, and as I look down the powertube, its all orange inside from the paint. I was wondering if I could soak the powertube in water. I know you can soak the front bolt in water, because its just plastic, but the powertube has the washer and oring, and all that stuff inside, and I wasnt sure if it was safe to do this. I dont know any other way to get the paint out from inside there, so does anyone know if I can soak it in water?

1. Disassemble 2. Clean Tube 3. Clean Internals of Tube 4. Grease internals of tube lightly 5. Reinstall 6. Profit
But back to your main question, you should be able to soak it but make sure you put a few drops of oil in your asa and dry fire the marker shortly after to rid yourself of any water residue and such.
