I got my order of Ops-Gear 50 Round Pods in today.
Well simple and basic review: It's a pod.
50 round capcity.
Olive Drab.
Measures 2 1/2" Diam. 5" Length.
Very sturdy construction.
Perfect for those like myself that use Tac-caps, or want to carry some extra Ammo w/out taking up much space.
W/the size there are alot of Military Surplus pouches you could use to carry them in.
It's best to order them in bulk becouse it reduces the price down to $1.95 a pod after you order 12 or more and helps offset the slammer of a shipping handling price.

yep, i like these things. i use them for practice. i am getting a bit tired of sticking one in my pants pocket. i'd like to find something cheaper than the opsgear pouch. which surplus pouches have you found that work?

I would think any type of real MOLLE pouch would work well. Check out BlackHawk.com and see what they offer. I love their pods........i use the 100 round pods and they fit perfectly in my 7 pouch chest harness.
