First of all I'm glad I found this page every since a5og went away I've been lost.
But lets get to it.
I waited 2 months for the new APE E-grip Rampage board to arrive so to say the least I was excited to finally get it.
I got the first board that you had to change over the solenoid from the factory e-grip to the new board. That was easy for me because I know how to solder. After that it was pretty simple just taking the grip apart put the new board in and screw it back together. Then it just put in the battery and your ready to try it out. Its much easier to select firing mode than the factory egrip because it has a push button and a LED to show you what mode you have it in.
The board comes with 7 modes programed.
You can change ROF up to 25bps and Adjustable Dwell and Debounce but I wouldn't mess with that.
I did change my ROF to 20 BPS and went out right then and had to try it out.
All that needs to be said is WOW. An A-5 shootin 20 bps sounds and feels great. What makes the new board extra special is you can change modes with a push of the button. You can use any old thing that will fit into the hole "twig or stick" so no tools needed for any of the adjustments.
Not sure it legal at all fields because theres no way to lock the mode switch for for fields that full auto is legal I would definitely recommend this product. I've only practice one day and played 2 days with it a have had no problems with it.
