April 1st (sat), Pev's/Cousin's Manchester NJ field is slated to hold their first "Dark Ops" mini-scenario. This is a very good field with good refs and player-oriented management. Below is their memo with regards to the games:
"A new era in scenario paintball is about to unfold at Cousins/Pevs NY-NJ.
Every Saturday you can play scenario ball in Manchester NJ, Newburg NY and Coram Long Island.
All new fields are being built now and will kick off April 1 at all locations. Challenge yourself and you friends to complete missions sent in to you threw your on field Advisers.
If you love to play woods ball this IS the game for you.
Teams can hone your skills and practice any week for that next big event your attending.
Medics, demo men, and other role players will be on hand.
A ranking system is in place to work your way up from Grunt to Dark Op Special Forces.
We will run the Ops from 9-12, take a break and continue from 1-4. The Ops will be objective-based with medics, demo men, and more. Scoring points for completing missions that are handed down threw an on-field team adviser who will move with the players and score them.
A simple ranking system will be in place to tract players experience and reward the player. On your first day you come out you are a Grunt with no real specialty as you progress by doing missions and getting more play time under your belt you will raise in rank. This year we will have 4 ranks, with the top one being Dark Ops Special Forces.
