Anyone tell me about how many shots you get with an A5 usen a 68ci 4500 crossfire?

900 to 1000.
The formula is as follows:
3000 psi tank = ~10 shots per Cubic Inch
4500 psi tank = ~15 shots per Cubic Inch
The A-5 can hog the gas down so expect about 100 or so shots off the total you come up with.

Yup, I used to get about 900 shots or so off a 68/4500.
