From what I have seen its a problem with your email isp. Have you checked your junk and spam folders? You might have to lower your filter settings on your email account in order to get the email. If not post back here I'm sending you a new email as we type.

Yes, the junk email folder has been checked. I have not received your new email. My setting is minamal. If I can't get the data through the A5OD isp, could someone send a normal email from their privete email address?

ill send you a gmail account invite to your verizon email address and you can setup a free gmail account to recieve the confirmation email
