Okay, my brother hasnt taken apat his 98 since he got it (last christmas) so I decided a few days ago that I'll take it apart and clean it. How hard could it be? It cant be too different from an A5, right? Well, I finished thinking it all went good, but the next day when we played, his wouldnt re-cock. That was the first time I saw a 98's internals, so I have no clue whats wrong. Can you guys help me out? Its all stock, besides the barrel, but that should have nothing to do with it. Thanks.

Make sure the sear is installed correctly. Also make sure the ball detent is oriented correctly.
Make sure you didn't jam anything while tightening the screws during re-assembly.
Can you cock it manually?

I'm thinking it has to do with the sear, because Newman told me that the sear spring probably isnt in, which makes sense, because I was having problems with it putting it all back together, and thats what I initially thought also, but wasnt sure, because like I said, I have no knowledge with the 98. He can cock it, and it shoots, but after shooting, he has to manually re-cock it, shoot again, re-cock it, shoot ect. Thanks for helping me out!
