EDIT: I added the first SpecOps leg strap pouch instead of this big bulky ops gear one

I'd get the SpecOps pouch. With the Opsgear pouch you won't be able to reach in the bag to get other stuff like pods and whatever while its on your back.

As for the grip... I like the look of the folding grip, and I own the Lapco grip. I'd get the folding grip just for looks. As for function, I don't see a need to ever have it folded.

Choice #1 for both.
Decision 1- Looks more comfortable and there is billions of places you can put your squeegee/ battle swab, you dont need another one.

Decision 2-The first one just looks so much better and the 2nd one just looks like an extended version of the stock that is alluminum (or whatever it is made of), not worth it.

For Descion 1, it really comes down to what you need. If you just want a tank punch, then get choice 1, but if you want that little pocket thing to keep extra stuff, then get choice 2.
For Descion 2, it comes down to looks, because I too don't think you will need the folding porpose, so which ever one you like will be the best for you, not which ever one I like.
Let us know which ones you choose in the end.
