The SNIP -ION is born, this is my friend Dave's gun, mine is in production, it will be an all black synthetic stock rather then the wood stock that Dave used. I can hardly wait to get it done but it has already taken up several hours in the vice and with file in hand. I shot his at the field this weekend, it works great, scares the crap out of the competition but is as gas efficient as my A5 - due to setting the dwell rather high to acomodate the longer hoses Coming next on his is a weaver mount bipod and sling Cheers, Shawn

Very cool, can't wait to see the finished product. How are you triggering it?

A q-loader housed in the stock would make it absolutely perfect.
Anyway, insane custom work. Excellent job, both of you.

Nice! I attempted something similar with my SL68-II, although... well... it never worked. Basically, I have no artistic and creative talents what so ever, lol.
Your friends is just amazing. Very clean, and VERY nice.

I wanted to house my reg inside the stock but Dave thinks there is not enough space and it will make reg adjustments and issue, however I have seen a few people do some pretty cool things with stocks on A5's and I am hoping that I can fit it in mine. He used a wood stock and I am using a synthetic stock and I am finding the grinding and filing is taking quite a bit longer. The trigger is actually a hacked up trigger frame from a tracer pump with the micro switch dug into it and some heavy filing. 20" progressives have been ordered, I want to get a q loader for mine and drop in under the front of the gun but we will see
Cheers, Shawn

The sight profile is important with this kit. Its not going to look right with a halo B on top of a sniper rifle. The 50rd hopper from Opsgear, at the very least, will look good. But a q-loader or something else... maybe a spring fed hopper tube like in the longbow kit...
