I just converted from C02 to an HPA tank air system (pure energy 68 4500) on my A-5RT which we all know is a huge gas hog, so I was interested in buying an after market power tube such as a JCS Red hot or a JCS goldmember to increase, from what they claim as "better air efficiency and ball accuracy". There is also a Dead-on power tube and front bolt combo, however from what I have gathered from the reviews on paintballreview.com, the product is a piece of ####. Does anyone own any of these products and would like to share their expierence with the product and its enhanced performance or lack there of.

After getting my LPK, I had my velocity screw lock tighted, so I eventually just got the Gold JCS tube. The first thing I noticed was that I now run on less pressure than I did without it (by about 100 psi). This may be due to me not having the screw exactly flush. The next thing I noticed while chronographing, was my consistancy of shot to shot velocity. Now I know paintball chronographs are not the most accurate, but to get 3 consecutive shots at the same velocity looked good. Hopefully, when it gets warmer, I will have some more time to do some more testing with a real chronograph and for accuracy. I have also heard some good things about the DOP tube as well. But it still has the FVA screw that I wanted to get away from.
