First what is the difference between the lp valve and a regular valve? Also can you just get the the bigger hose and fitting for the cyclone?

I am going to try to mod my a5 to lp with out the kit. I did with my 98c. SO i am going to try it with my a5. I don't want to just cut my valve spring, and mill the valve. So can you guys help me out?

Way back when, I called Tippmann and tried to purchase the LPK parts without having to buy the whole kit. They stated that they do not sell the LPK parts alone. If you want a replacement part for the LPK (say like the bolt), you have to send the worn part to them and they would replace it.

The LP valve has the lighter spring and also the larger "gas galleries" so yeah, the LPK valve is milled a lot more than the stock valve to allow higher flow of lower pressure air.
