Now I always wanted a Tippmann Marker Case, you know, to stay true to Tippmann and all but I could not pass up this bag from NXe. I tested a lot of bags at 2 stores and this is the bag that fit most of my gear (with the exception of my vest and harness pack). Check out the pics:
This is how I set mine up. As you can see the tank, hopper, and A-5 are all standing. Looking at the pic I realize that I can lay the tank horizontally to have more room... I'll fix that when I get home.
There is a foam divider that is supposed to run the length of the case to divide the case in half to carry two guns but this cannot be with the A-5 because of the cyclone. So what I did was loop the divider around to separate the tank and hopper from the gun. What I would've liked to see was a 3-4" wide divider to divide the case across the middle vertically so that I can separate my gear that way. Ah well...
Open it up and you will find a 6x9 pouch for tools, a cell phone case (which I use for gun oil), a key ring, slots for 3 barrels, and a huge pouch to house a bunch of other stuff.
On the back of the bag there is another big pouch to house even more stuff. I put my remote line, gloves, batteries, and manuals in here.
The build quality of the bag is above par. The padding is top notch and the large zippers are metal. The base of the bag is about 5 inches deep so it can stand on its own just fine.
This bag is not a large duffle bag so it is not meant to house pods, paint, harnesses, and a mask. I clip my mask on the shoulder strap d-ring so that solves that. As for my harness or vest I just carry it in my left hand. So for what this case is designed for I rate it a 9.4/10.
