I picked up the CAMO Skin vinyl lamenant in Digital Woodland from OpsGear a couple weeks ago and put it on my ProLite. I wanted to paint the marker, but am considering selling it, so I decided togo with the less permanent adhesive camo. Here it is on the ProLite... As you can see in the picture, it's a little smaller in scale than the real thing, and the "coyote" has more red to it. What you can't see is that I had to use a black marker to cover several places where gun-oil and even paintball residue ate the camo dye and left the stark white vinyl showing. You also can't see where I air-brushed some of the shine off in PaintShop Pro before I uploaded it. The stuff is advertised as a "a dull lamenant Vinyl," but it's got a lot of gloss to it. I have a feeling that if I played for a day at a big game all the flying paint would cut through the camo and leave me with a stark glossy white marker. I didn't try it out when I played last weekend because it was myfirst time with the new A5 and I loved it so much I couldn't bring myself to hike back to the car to dig the old ProLite out. I'll post a follow-up once I've played with it. In summary: Looks pretty cool, but because of the lack of color-fast dye I don't think I'd buy it again. 11/8/05 Update: The similar product from HotShot Paintball is much better.
