Do you know if you can slow down the cyclic rate after you make the stock trigger fully automatic

How did you make it fully automatic? If you're referring to the toothpick mod, that's really not good for the marker. It'll cause premature sear and rear bolt wear, and the two parts will need to be replaced. There is no way to slow down the cycling speed with this mod.
