My o-ring and washer fell out last night, and the o-ring rolled off somewhere and I couldn't find it. Okay fine, I had tons of standard tank o-rings, so I tried to put one in and it didn't want to fit. I eventually jammed it in there and it LOOKS fine, but it's leaking now. I'm assuming the o-ring is too large and by jamming it in it created little ripples along the edge. I've done this procedure with the factory o-ring many times, and it's always pretty easy, so I'm wondering if the tombstone o-ring is NOT the same size as a tank o-ring.

I did some digging and the part I'm talking about is 02-72, Valve O-Ring Large. I couldn't find anything saying it either IS or ISN'T the same size as a tank o-ring. Maybe I'll just call Tippmann when I get home.
