I have a brand new A-5 E.
Only thing I have done to it is replace the stock plastic tube with a red hot power tube.
today I hooked up my PMI 88/4500 tank to it by remote.. and before i even get it sealed all the way on.. I have air shooting out of the barrel etc.. I know that's not supposed to happen.
Wondering what some of u experience guys think it could be? maybe i re asembled it incorrectly? I don't think I did.. but I have tons of air constantly shooting though the barrel before I can even open up the remote all the way
Help?

Are you making sure to cock the marker before you gas up? Normally failing to do so only causes a small leak down the barrel, but just thought I'd check.
This sounds like a problem with the valve/cup seal. I would suggest that you disassemble the marker, clean everything thoroughly, apply a light coat of oil, and put everything back together, using the manual for reference.

Make sure your power tube internals are in the right order and oiled. Check the o-rings for any damage caused by removing them from the stock tube and putting them into the new one. And, as Merr said, make sure to cock the marker first.
