My original post in A5OD:
Okay, I had a lousy day at the field today.
I have an A5 with polished internals, a superfly bolt, e-grip with WAS Board, Palmers male stabilizer, Palmers QEV, DOP Drop and a J&J 14" barrel (Flatline as well).
This was the first time that the marker was fired with all this stuff in place. I initially had problems programing the WAS board but I did get it done, that is until I got to the field and chronoed. I was double fireing so I went back to the table to adjust the debounce and the board would not go into programming mode. After about an hour of fighting with it, I pulled the WAS out and put back the stock e-grip board. I played a couple of games and then I started chopping balls like Lorena Bobbit on a bad PMS day.
It was a warm day, approx. 60. The pressure on the stabilizer was at 800. My initial chrono was showing between 270 and 280, give or take. The standard e-grip was set to Turbo Mode.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong here? I was ready to be the MAN out there today, instead I was RAIN MAN.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have trouble getting it into programming mode (which simply requires holding the trigger while you switch the WAS board from off to on), then I suspect that your trigger nubbin is not making good contact with the blade switch. So I would look at that first. The debounce setting on the board is unlikely the source of your bouncing. That's probably caused by your trigger. So I would set the WAS debounce back to 20 ms.
For the chopping, if you see liquid paint inside the Cyclone, then your ratchet may be in need of replacement. Just open the bottom of the Cyclone and closely inspect the single tooth of the ratchet where it engages the cogwheel. Once you get even a tiny amount of paint inside the feed area of the Cyclone, it's likely to keep on chopping until you remove the Cyclone, remove the sprockets and thoroughly clean it.
Lorena Bobbit? Yow!

I've got paint all over the Cyclone but I haen't ventured to take it apart yet. I've cleaned it out externally (in the sprocket area) but not tools in hand yet. I'll give it a shot.
The WAS is another issue. The switch seems to be exactly the same as the stock switch. When I recieved it, it was completely straight and I modified it to the closest approximation of the stock switch. I will try to re-bend the switch and make sure of the contact.
Thanks
