I'm interested in the special forces dog leg stock, but I do not want to give up my JCS RVA. What I'm wondering is if I could modify the dogleg to include an RVA.
My idea is that since an RVA is just a screw that adjusts the length of the drive spring, I could just drill a hole in the end cap portion of the stock, and tap it for a thumbscrew, and voila, an RVA.
The problem with this is that I can't get my hands on one to see if it would work (not sold anywhere nearby that I'm aware of), and dont really want to buy one unless I know for sure. Does anyone here own one of these stocks?
