This was posted on the SpecOps forum originally, I have sent a few pms to one of the organizers and gotten some more information, here is one of his PM's, I have permission to post it publicly
We hold the game on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend Rain or Shine. It will most likely be at West End Paintball field in Leicester MA. The game runs from about 10am till 3:30pm and is reffed by the X-Fire paintball team.
Here's how it works: You get pledges, $1, $2, or whatever, for each hour you play. The minumum is $50 in pledges to participate. It is field paint, but we work together to keep costs down...like buying a case with someone else and splitting it up. Paint is very reasonable, marbs were $55 a case, (and of that, the field donated $10 a case to the charity). You can also get a sponsor for your paint.
