ok so im in the market for a new reg and i cant really deside on which one to get ive had a detenator on my last marker and absoulty loved it, except for when i needed to adjust it which was a bit of a pain never really had to adjust it though lol it was really consistant.
i put some choices in the poll feel free to put down anything not listed in the poll with your reason please.
btw ive got a max of +/- 60 dollars to spend on the reg thanks, -steve

I guess the key word is "new". The obvious one to me that's missing is the Palmer's Stabilizer, but you can't get one new for $60...used probably. I believe you could get an inline one for around $70 new and use a high mount...or use it on a remote setup (if you run a remote). If you ask anyone around here, you'd probably hear stabilizer 9 times out of 10. All that being said, I have a System X reg and have found it consistant enough for me. I haven't had any problems with it yet. ... oh, I hope you have the + 60 dollars and not the minus.

Of those, I'd suggest the Detonator. Tests showed that the top 3 regs (in order) as far as recharge/flow is concerned are the AKA 2-Liter, Evil Detonator, and AKA Sidewinder following closely. The 2-Liter is out of your pricerange, but definitely look into the Detonator and the Sidewinder. The Palmers Stabilizer, Macdev Gladiator, and CP Reg are also great regulators that'll serve you well.

thanks guys, im not planning on buying a used reg or running a remote so palmers is out of the choices, but im deffenatly thinking of going back to the detenator because aside that its a great reg, if it were to go down evil customer service beats all ;D
