Mesurment help

Ok for an up comming project I need the mesurements of a scepter sabot round. Its the cardboard caseing thats used.

Ill release details as I build them but we all need to start some where eh?

I also need a resource for US standard steel pipe diamters in both plumbing and refrigeration sizes.

I don't own a scepter, but they use 40mm ammo. (roughly 1.5")

Im thinking of going along the lines of a pump action launcher thats ither grav fed or spring clip that can be built with minima tools so other can build one themselves.
