Okay, so I am gonna post pone my flame thrower for now and start a mortar project. Not sure exactly what I am gonna do as of yet. I want to be able to deliver a decent pay load and make it fairly accurate from say two to three hundred yards. That way I will be able to hit the two bases we have that are out in the open at CDP, Sim City and the new Fire Base REX/Air base. Now Scepter is coming out with a mortar but it is kinda out of my price range. Their's is suppose to launch one projectile that peels back and has seven of thier regular Scepter grenades. They seperate a tad and have a good coverage from what I have heard. I thought of doing something like that, or making a multi barrled system that fires five to seven of the Scepter style grenades at one time. It would be a little slow loading, but with that many impacts at one time may make up for it. Of course if I had a battery of say three mortars all firing in sequence...good times indeed. So, any thoughts, opinions, or suggestions on what way to go? ? I guess this will be my winter project. It will give me somethign to do on my two weeks off in January.

You can go old school and use a simple ball valve and black pipe and steel tubeing and rig it up. Run it on a 20oz C02 system and be set. There very cheap to make so you can make 3-4 of them. Than the hard part is buying the rounds. You could make your own or simply use scepter rounds or try to fire larger ones like atomics.

Deffinetly gonna make my own rounds. And if I get it/them built then I will be making alot of those rounds. So cheaper is better.
