it costs 229.95. thats the MSRP. thats also price you will pay for it on EBay. which is still the only place i can find it at.
i was convinced after the mods on the Tippmann forum posted their experiance with it, being pretty much idiot proof, safe and its actually pretty accutate.
and then he mention that he got his propane at target for $2.17 and it will last forever (say it like the Sand Lot)
apparently it does't not sound like a paintball marker. it sounds like a .22. i thought that will be awsome if it holds true
but i will make my own conclusions when it arrives and will give a full review

I can vouch for the sound. It doesn't sound like a paintball gun, but more like a firearm. They're selling them at the World Cup and I was able to dry fire about 20 shots from one.

Hey katarn, welcome!
Ya, i'll be curious to see what people thing of it. I may get one, as i've been thinking about getting a pump for a while. Heres the question, you can get a bilion shots out of the ugly blue tanks, but can you get smaller tanks? I mean if the blue propane tanks hold like 15 oz and give you 10k shots, a 12 gram should still give you a couple hundred atleast. I'd be very curious to see if they come out with 12 gram propane cylinders. If they do, It would greatly increase my interest in this marker. Please make sure to post losts of pics when you get it! Especialy dissasembly pics, as I, as well as many others I'm sure are curious to see exactly how this bad boy works! -E

E, you don'thave to use the big skinny blue tanks. The ones at the Wolrd Cup have the Coleman camping tanks hooked to them.

Yeah enjoy the C3 Milsane just remember the C3 breaks in...I played one game and had to readjust my Air-Fuel Mixture, however that was really easy. I was getting misfires like crazy talked to Tippmann tech and thats what they told me to do....I readjusted and I havent had any more problems

Just wanted to add in here. For those that are worried about the tanks. The thickness of them is about the same as a CO2 tank, yet the pressure inside is considerably less.
And durability of these tanks, Coleman specifically. I needed to do this to show people just how tough the tank really is. I took a hammer to one repeatedly, dented it all over. And after the body of the tank I did 20 strikes to the neck of the tank.
There are no stress fractures, there are no signs of any deep gouges, there is no crack in the tank. The structural integrity of these things are amazing. So don't expect that somebody taking a dive on the ground with one of these will suddenly snap off and explode. It's simply not going to happen.
