MP5A5 - Real or just Airsoft?

Did HK ever come out with a model like this? I checked out their site and looked at all the MP5 versions and couldn't find anything that resembles this MP5A5. Anybody know for a fact?

It would be nice if HK really did make this version because I have all the parts to make my A-5 look like it.

I dont think they did...looks sweet though.

The MP5 was created for CQB so I doubt they would have created a long barrel version....but just because it may not be real doesnt mean you cant make it real! lol

Yes and no. They never did one with that long butt barrel, and the front hand guard is wrong. And no one would ever put a scope like that on a MP5. From the mag back it is right.

The only reason the barrel is probably like that is because it needs a barrel to shoot out of. It wouldnt have to be that long on a paintball gun, but it still would have to be longer then a real version.

I've all those parts aftermarket and 1 assembled w/ a longer barrel. To me it's over kill for CQB.

Probably something from the HK 94. But a lot of these low-end airsoft companies make a bunch goofy looking guns whith crazy (possibly made up) modifacations. But sometimes some of the look better then what the high-end airsoft companies make, its crazy.

I think last time I was looking at specs for MP5's the MP5 had a model MP-5A2, MP5A3.
The longest barrel I saw was 8"
