Rob,
It's open discussion regarding the topic IMO. I am a member/visitor to A5OD. The discussion can be healthy and proactive. If the A5OD mgmt choose to close this thread I will not question their action.
I do disagree with the point made that the questioned threads on "That forum which shall remain nameless" brought the problem to the attention to the Admins and Mods. It did not. We were atempting to right the wrongs the whole time, and still are!

I apologize to those who believe I have been trying to be negative and stir things up. I was only trying to add to the discussion, albeit with an unpopular viewpoint.

It's OK RoG, you have opinions just like everyone else. You have kept it clean and non derogatory so I don't see any real harm. It just needs to be remembered by all that bashing on either side will solve nothing.

Rob, It's open discussion regarding the topic IMO. Van is right here. I know that the guys over at "That forum which shall remain nameless" are doing everything they can to get the things that are broken fixed and the things that are wronged made right. Hell, I'd say there is a majority of management on the "That forum which shall remain nameless" that are just as frustrated and angry as some of the A5OD guys are. There is only so far you can push a broken product before the consumer stops buying it and the sellers stop selling it. I KNOW that Ryan, Van, Blokie, and a few others have been working their asses off trying to keep it all together. That said, this drama has two sides. There is still a bit of a "love it or leave it" mentality on the part of some of the lower level management on "That forum which shall remain nameless" and there is still some "put it back the way it was or I hate you" on behalf of members here and at "That forum which shall remain nameless". [glow=red,2,300]Folks NONE OF THIS HELPS THE MATTER AT HAND![/glow] If you don't like the way that the "That forum which shall remain nameless" has turned out, then fine, that's your position. If you can see the potential and want to help out, that's equally fine. This is the internet and it's big enough for both forums if that is what the consumer likes. All this bickering does is put people on a fence and ask them to choose, left or right, A5OD or "That forum which shall remain nameless". Let's bury the hatchet and stop taking swipes at each other and move on. I'm sure that if the product improves over at the "That forum which shall remain nameless" a lot of members who are upset that they've lost their a5og will return. I'm sure that if people don't see improvements in the "That forum which shall remain nameless", then they will look elsewhere for their information. That is the nature of a competitive market. The FACTS are that we're ALL members of the A5OG community and we are ALL entitled to our opinions on how things went down. Statements from both sides of the isle have had taken some liberty with the facts of what happened. Some of the "newbie" mods at the "That forum which shall remain nameless" have pretty much told people to "get lost" because they have legitimate problems with the way things went down. HELL, I have legitimate problems with the way things went down. The difference is that I'm willing to work for both forums and try and rebuild the bridges that have been burned down in this move. I'm willing to support both off-shoots of the A5OG legacy, help both of them grow, and help maintain the Spirit of the A5OG. It's time that ALL OF US take the step forward that Van did when he came here with the peace offering. State your opinions with the respect that you would have on the A5OG. Remember that this is not an "us or them thing," but rather an US thing. It's time to stop bickering and stabbing and swiping at each other and remember that we all came from the same place.

I hate all of you and hope you all get gogged at your next paintball game. hahaha If that was serious, then your acting as an Imature rep of the "That forum which shall remain nameless", they should be proud to have people like you working for them. I sure as heck HOPE that was a Joke, otherwise the total and up most respect myself and others have for you has permanently been lost.

The "hahaha" part was supposed to lighten the phrase. I guess I should keep my Canadian sense of humour to myself then. Sorry if I scared ya.
